Moving America was a Trucker Appreciation program that took place from March — August, 2011. Rand McNally’s mobile marketing program had 2 trucks that toured the East and West coasts separately. With East Coast Fred and West Coast Jimmy driving all across the country, there were 285 total stops in 40 different states. This resulted in Rand McNally interacting with over 10,000 drivers!

The tour enabled Rand McNally to show its appreciation to professional drivers for all the hard work they do to keep America moving. At events, there were games, giveaways and even complimentary cookouts for drivers too. Rand McNally then had a TND-a-Day promotion in which we gave away 1 TND per day for 30 straight days! There was also a Navigator of the Year contest as part of the tour which awarded $25,000 to the winning driver.
