Frequently Asked Questions are here to help answer some of the common or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that come up over and over. Frequently Asked Questions are not meant to be static, so any time you think we need to add a question, just Email and tell us you would like to see FAQ added.
  • What kind of products does Direct Depot sell? We specialize in power inverters and 12 volt cab accessories for the trucking industry. We are an authorized distributor of RoadPro 12 volt cab accessories, Power Bright Power Inverters, and Aims Power Inverters.
  • How Does Direct Depot use my information? Our customer's information is only used as needed to fulfill their order in a timely way. We DO NOT SHARE any information with anyone. Period. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Does Direct Depot sell refurbished products? If a product is refurbished is will be clearly marked as refurbished.
  • How much does shipping cost? All are shipped using FedEx rates based on weight and distance.
  • Does Direct Depot ship to a P.O. Box? No. We ship using UPS or FedEx and these delivery companies will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • Does Direct Depot Ship outside the US? No. Currently we do not ship outside the US. We only ship to the Continental US.
  • What is the Best Way to contact Direct Depot? Email of course. You are always welcome to call, but using Email is the Preferred Method because it leaves a Written Audit Trail and Nothing Gets Dropped because it stays in the inbox until it is handled. Always Make Sure Your Order Number is in the Subject Line and keep a copy for your own records.
  • How Long Will My Delivery Take? We try to get in stock items delivered within 4 to 6 business days (depending on your location), although around Christmas time we tend to get a day or two behind. If you order an item that is out of stock we will attempt to contact you to find out if you wish to cancel the order or place the order on back-order.
  • How Do I Track My Order?You should get an email when your order ships that will have the tracking information. If you do not get a ship confirmation email you can use your web browser to sign-on to your Direct Depot account. Click on "View the orders I have made." link located in the middle of the page. Your orders will be displayed under the Previous Orders heading. To see details on a specific order just click the view link to the right of the order.
  • How Do I Order More Than 1 Item. After you add an item to our Shopping Cart just change the Qty. field to the quantity that you need and then click the Update button.
