I compared temperature readings (fortunately before I installed this thing) with a high quality digital thermometer and a plain old "red tube" traditional thermometer. The RoadPro was 4 to 5 degrees lower than the other two using the outside setting. The inside reading was 2 to 4 degrees higher than the outside reading even though the remote sensor was right beside the unit. Readings jumped all over the place when switched from nindie to outside until finally reading too low. Don't bother with this, it's junk.
